Meet the guardian who guards the players

It’s a good thing Zyra and Tine were given a big, bright, smile because upon seeing them at Playbook, you will feel like you are a great person.

Tine and Zyra are two among 4 staff in PLAYBOOK they play the roles as the gaming lounge and the book staff.

Tine, before working in PLAYBOOK, was a long time gamer playing games on her personal computer, she discovered playbook from her friend’s recommendation. She tried messaging PLAYBOOK, and luckily, the store is hiring that’s why she eventually got the job. 

The way they treated the customer in the place is such a wonderful sight to see. Gamers of all ages and backgrounds flock at PLAYBOOK to compete against each other in order to win prizes, because of that the place is always a war ground. Tine and Zyra always step up to ensure the safety of all the gamers inside the crowdy computer-shop-slash-book-store-hub. The both of them would always organize them properly to give them a wonderful and fun gaming experience.

According to Zyra, a great player comes with a great and fun environment.

Tine and Zyra love their time being spent at PLAYBOOK. For them, it feels like it’s not work. “Pag breaktime namin kadalasan pwede kami maglaro sa isa sa mga stall as long as wala pa’ng customer at syempre ang pinakaimporatente parin is hindi po naming dapat napapabayaan yung customer.”, Tine said.

Building a good personality to have a good relationship with the customer is one factor Tine and Zyra learned throughout the years working here. It is important to treat every player with the same baseline level of respect and courtesy. As the gaming industry is getting more popular, it’s becoming exceptionally important for companies like PLAYBOOK to step up their game and treat customers to the same experience they’d expect from any other world-class service.
