One of the things that Filipinos consider when they are going to eat out is usually the place; the ambiance and the good music that will be played when they are eating.
In UKB 199, the place was combined concept of Filipino and Korean dining. The decoration was inspired of course in Korean culture. The place is well ventilated; you will never be irritated by the smoke from the pork that is being grilled.
UKB199 is an outdoor Korean BBQ Restaurant that is perfect for families, workmates, friends, lovers, etc., because of its convenience.
When you enter the restaurant, you will feel that you are in a small food park just like on those Korean dramas when the couple was dating and enjoying Korean BBQ outside. The first thing you will notice in UKB199 is their decorations that gives people feels of being in Korea and the buffet style side dishes are well served at the buffet counter that makes it a Filipino thing. The music that was played is mostly Popular OPM songs and Korean songs.
They have lots of plans in improving the restaurant in terms of the design to make their customer satisfy not only in the food but also on their aesthetic place; they want their customer to be happy while eating.
"May plano kami pag tumaas ang sales maglalagay pa kami ng decorations na mas pangakit sa mga tao at photobooth na may background na pang Korea para mas patok pa lalo.", said Mr. Loid Veniegas, OIC of UKB 199.
Truly, the important part in a restaurant is the place and how they present their business to netizens. Even if your restaurant is hidden or it's far away from the people and other establishments, it will automatically become noticeable by others from the reviews or pictures that was posted in social media platforms of the customer who experienced the service and place.
